Child custody dispute between Kardashian, Chyna comes to terms

Though most people want their family disputes to be resolved quickly, not everyone has that luxury. Depending on the nature of the issues, some problems could see many conflicts and disputes before a resolution occurs. When it comes to child custody battles, this type of scenario can often prove difficult to address.

Kentucky residents may be interested in the recent custody decisions that were made between reality personalities Rob Kardashian and former fiancee Blac Chyna. The former couple have a 10-month-old child together, but they are not quite a happy family. Chyna filed domestic violence claims against Kardashian, and the two have apparently been in a heated custody battle that included Kardashian posting a nude photo of Chyna as revenge and Chyna obtaining a temporary restraining order.

Recent reports stated that the two were able to come to a shared custody agreement regarding their young child. Additionally, the terms of the agreement resulted in Chyna dropping the domestic violence claims against Kardashian. The report also stated that the child's father will pay $20,000 per month in child support.

Child custody issues can be among the most difficult for individuals to face. Because of the emotional nature of such a situation, it is understandable that many parties can have a hard time coming to terms. However, many Kentucky residents certainly want to get through the process as easily as possible, and due to this desire, they may also want to gain information on their legal options and methods for coming to custody terms.
